【个人简介】

黄晓磊,男,教授,博士生导师。主要从事固体有机废弃物资源化利用和土壤关键生物地球化学及其环境效应等相关研究。针对典型稻麦轮作系统化肥长期过量施用问题,系统研究了畜禽粪便与秸秆还田对水稻土有机质提升的影响及机理,阐明了以有机(类)肥料促进农田土壤团聚化、矿物活化和微生物群落沃土化的内稳性地力提升机理,构建了以含木质素较多的猪粪堆肥快速定向培育中低产水稻土和黄绵土的增碳沃土肥力培育新模式。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目(41907083)和面上项目(42277345)各一项,参与973计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目课题和国家现代农业(谷子高粱)产业体系岗位科学家项目等项目课题多项。以第一作者身份在Soil Biology and Biochemistry,Biology and Fertility of Soils和 Geoderma等杂志发表SCI论文10篇,以共同作者身份发表学术论文多篇,担任Carbon Research青年编委。本人所在团队经费充足,长期定位试验可提供优质的研究材料,欢迎有农学类背景的学生报考研究生。
